What We’re Looking For
The studio cultivates talent from the fields of photojournalism, film and the fine arts. We also provide internship and assisting opportunities to recent graduates and aspiring photographers. Current positions
Studio Intern:
Experience the world of fine art wedding photojournalism from the other side of the camera! Our studio is looking for a positive, upbeat and detailed individual to help us prepare for another exciting wedding season. Enjoy a creative work environment while learning from Missy McLamb, one of the industry’s leading photographers. Duties also entail assisting the Studio Producer with client interfaces and marketing/promotional development.
Production/Photography Assistant:
One of the nation’s leading photography studios is looking for a creative, detail-oriented individual for the position of Production/Photography Assistant. Missy McLamb Photographers is interested in a bright, well-rounded person who is looking for great hands-on experience in the industry of fine art wedding photography. In addition to working alongside Missy McLamb, one of the industry’s leading photographers, the Production/Photography Assistant will assist the Art Director with studio production, special projects and workshops, and help to maintain the integrity of our brand through enhancing the overall post-wedding experience for all of our clients. The work environment is creative, positive and conducive to a better understanding of the world of photojournalism. Proficiency in Photoshop, Pagemaker, and InDesign is required.
